1. Agent /Advisor runs a Life Quote

2. Client/Advisor discuss company selection, insurance amount, and duration of term insurance

3. Agent/Advisor Completes the Life Insurance Order Ticket (E-App or E-Ticket)

4. BIP Authorized Representative will contact the client to set up Paramedical Exam and order Medical Records (as necessary).

 

BIP is responsible for:

1. Ordering Paramedical Exams

2. Ordering Attending Physician Statements

3. Follow-Up on Underwriting and Delivery Process

 

FInancial Advisor is responsible for:

 

1. Assisting the Brokerage Manager with any issues that may come up

 

Policy Cycle can take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks on average (when medical records and exams are required). Life Insurance Order Tickets are not an application for Life Insurance, but an order for application. Life Insurance Order Tickets cannot bind coverage at point of sale; however, some carriers may allow us to bind coverage through EFT.
